SEEDS Wellbeing is a program aimed at helping people build sustainable habits across five key lifestyle areas: Social connection, Exercise, Education, Diet, and Sleep.
It helps people regain control, build knowledge and establish a lasting foundation for healthy living so they can move beyond recovery toward sustainable wellbeing.
Currently available to eligible veterans as part of psychosocial rehabilitation and to clients through agreed partner programs, SEEDS opens new pathways for health, hope and human connection.
